From Bad to Worse

I’m not one to speculate on another man’s position/job/lack thereof before the facts come out but this isn’t a good look. The Bears have a hot load of problems sitting on their lap and to be involved in a potential scandal that hits every corner on the spectrum of “bad things nobody should do” is not cute. Not cute at all.

I can only hope (?) if there is something absolutely terrible then it helps to push the owners out and put the franchise into the hands of someone with a little bit of vision? Some better morals perhaps? At the very least somebody willing to take a risk and stand for something other than the mediocrity that we’ve been sitting through for decades. Obviously this is just the worst case scenario.

I hope that our now ex-DC’s statement is closer to the truth than what we have been seeing on various online message boards. Maybe he does actually have health issues that he needs to take care of (?) and nobody ever got hurt. But maybe we should just go back into hibernation, this is gonna be a loooooooooooong season.

Oh yeah, also Justin Fields called out the OC for not letting him cook. I love it. Tell us all how it is. I, for one, appreciate a man that can be transparent with how they feel and what needs to be done.
