We're about 20 minutes from first pitch and I have a few things to say about this series that I wanted to sneak in before the Braves and the Trolley Dodgers square up.
First of all, what an all time ass whooping by the Trolley Dodgers, huh? They put up such a lopsided number in the first few innings that they felt compelled enough to send out the Flying Tomato, Dustin May to shut down the Friars in the latter part of the game. It wasn't pretty in any sense of the word, and it isn't cute after having talked aalllllllllllllllll that shit.
But nothing to hang your heads about San Diego! It isn't your year but who's to say the next few years can't bring the winds of change? All you need is a little bit of pixie dust to fall onto you from these fucking dorks.

Anyways, the Dodgers are dominant as ever and have shown why they're touted as the perennial buzzsaw on this side of the Majors.
Those Braves are a new, shiny toy in Peach country though. Ron Acuña and Ozzie Albies will terrorize pitchers for years to come and Freddie Freeman, widely thought to be the league MVP this year, hasn't slowed down even a little bit. Not to mention great pitching, not enough that I'm familiar with but I've heard enough through my casual following outside of the NL Central to believe that they're not to be taken lightly.
Sadly for the Team of the 90's, I do think this series will ultimately go to LA. It'll come down to whether the Dodgers rotation can limit the explosive Atlanta offense, as we've seen the pitching could be liable to give up a spotty amount of runs. The resume is what I think will push the Dodgers over the edge in this matchup and I predict an LA World Series berth in 5 games.
"But I just hope that both teams have fun."
