The Atlanta Braves definitely woke up a sleeping giant

Yup, just like I said.

So it turns out that Julio Urias wouldn't be holding the team back, especially when he's spotted an 11 run lead before he threw a single pitch. I guess the Dodgers were eyeing history with the biggest run producing inning in MLB postseason history, I just think they went about it in the strangest way possible. A little bit of that RUN SUPPORT would've been nice the past couple games. Going 5 for 13 with RISP, the Dodgers could've made it significantly worse, the left a total of 12 on base.
I could feel worse about the Braves. They're still ahead of the series, and they sort of washed it away after the shock of the first inning. Kyle Wright, only 9 days my elder, an irrelevant statistic but one that merely pits me as being a true underachiever, can hang his hat on the fact that it'll never be worse than that, and the team enjoyed a good 4 innings of 1 hit relief from Ynoa. That'll save their bullpen's arms in what would normally be a pitching nightmare for the relief staff.
Nevertheless, I think that the Dodgers are definitely back in this series. Tonight's X factor will be on, wait for it.... the starting pitching for LA. The fabled ticking time bomb of Clayton Kershaw's postseason woes hasn't reared its ugly head just yet, but we can only imagine that it's a matter of time before the self fulfilling prophecy comes to fruition. Wilson on the mound for Los Bravos, I see that WHIP being a little too close to 2 for my liking. I think the Trolley Dodgers have the edge on this one both physically and mentally. Hopefully we have a brand new series at the end of the night.
