The Wild Side

It all started when I wasted yet another perfectly sunny day watching another horrific Cubs lineup go another full 9 innings without so much as a gust of musky wind for offense. I was empty on the inside and that was before the existential dread of wasting my fleeting youth staring at other grown men on the TV settled in.

So I decided to start writing about this bullshit. I don't have any expectations, no particular quantitative goal in mind, nothing that'll really guide me into the abysmal universe of the internet outside of twitter and instagram. I'm just gonna write about sports, and maybe other things that interest me, and hopefully I say something of value or funny along the way.

Give it some time and I'm sure it'll be less of an eyesore too. Let's do it.
