World Series Game "2"

The Title Dodgers might be slow in getting out of the way of this imminent coronation. As I had stated prior to this game, one of the ways that I see the Dodgers overtaking Tampa is through the snowballing innings that they seem to frequently have. One hit after another, these fools' hitting is more contagious than... I don't know and there's nothing I can say here and now that isn't in bad taste.
Kershaw was lights out, as I had also predicted (why am I not getting paid for these predictions?), but I think we'll see how truly gritty he is on his next start, which I do believe he'll be having one. He became the all-time leader in postseason wins, but that also speaks to how often he's been in a position to win it all and the team around him crumbles.
Its Snell vs. Gonsolin tonight, and obviously I'm going to be giving the edge to Tampa Bay via their stud #2 pitcher. I expect the former Cy Young winner to squash any potential rally before it takes flight. The Tampa offense had a promising inning late in the game last night that was put to an abrupt end with an impressive double play by LA reliever, Victor Gonzalez, doubling up the runner on a line drive where Mike Brosseuu never had a human chance to make it back to the bag safely. I think they have another few innings like that in them and it's not likely that there'll be another chance DP like that again.
I do think the Rays will win tonight. They'll have to if we want to get to a Game 7.
